You agree that you are at least 21 years of age and that the recipient of any wine products or services purchased by you is at least 21 years of age. The consignee may be required to provide proof of age using an authorized form of identification upon delivery. Additional restrictions may apply in your area. You agree to pay all applicable, identified shipping and handling fees, applicable state sales and use taxes, and any return shipping fees incurred from a failed delivery attempt.

Adult Signature Required at Delivery

Legally, wine can only be delivered when someone 21 or older is present to sign for the delivery. Signees do not need to be the person whose name is on the package, but they may have to show proof of age.

For this reason, we recommend that you use a business address or have the wine shipped to a neighbor if you do not anticipate being at home during normal delivery hours.

Multiple Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to sign for the package at time of delivery, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Because wine orders require an adult signature we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to ensure that your package is delivered.
