Wine Retail Store - Interaction Design
Interaction Design for a consumer wine e-commerce site. Deliverables included high level concept diagrams to establish the overall site experience, wireframes to work out interaction details and working web prototypes for testing and detailed communication of design and functionality to development team.
Leading the User Experience for this project involved presenting deliverables in regular update meetings to all project stakeholders, receiving feedback and gaining consensus around UX specifications.

CRM Tool - Interaction Design
Interaction Design for dynamic customer advanced search function as part of a comprehensive ecommerce web application. Deliverables included sketches, diagrams and web prototypes.
This project required closely working with software developers and architects to solve complex problems inherent in creating an interface that allowed users to construct extensive queries without any knowledge of the underlying data structure or query language.
Wine Revolution - User Experience Lead
User Experience Lead for Wine Revolution, a new e-commerce software for powering e-commerce web sites selling to Wine Trade buyers. This was a first of its kind project and as such required in depth collaboration with domain experts, stakeholder and developers as well as testing with potential users.
Interaction Design for this project included delivering prototypes of both the web application administering the system (product management, fulfillment workflow administration, customer management, etc.) as well as the template for the user facing e-commerce website.
Wine Revolution
Napa Valley Exchange - Front End Development
Template theme development for Napa Valley Exchange, an online store built on the Magento platform. This project included creation of a template based on a custom design that touched on every part of the site from product listings to checkout.
